Train Yourself to Hold More Money

Let me tell you why you’re still at the same income level…

It’s your nervous system.

Your nervous system has a thermostat for how much money feels “safe” to hold.

And right now? It’s set way too low.

The Nervous System Money Thermostat

Think of your nervous system like a thermostat for wealth.

If it’s set for $10K months, every time you hit $15K or $20K, your system will create circumstances to bring you back down to “safe” levels.

Not consciously. Subconsciously.

An unexpected bill shows up. A client ghosts. You self-sabotage the launch. You discount your prices. You overdeliver until you burn out.

Your nervous system is literally protecting you from the “danger” of holding more money.

Because to your nervous system, more money = more threat.

More visibility = more vulnerability. More success = more responsibility. More wealth = more ways to lose it.

So it keeps you exactly where you are. Where it feels “safe.”

This Is Why Quantum Leaps Require Nervous System Work

You can have the quantum click, the instant identity shift. in a single moment.

“I’m worth millions.” “Money is abundant.” “I can hold this.”

But if your nervous system isn’t regulated to hold that new identity, you’ll snap back within days.

The click is instant.

The nervous system regulation takes 8 weeks.

That’s why women have breakthrough moments at events and then go home and nothing changes.

That’s why you can “know” you’re worth more but still undercharge.

That’s why the mindset work alone doesn’t create lasting results.

Because your nervous system is still set for your old income level.

What Happens When You Regulate Your Nervous System

When your nervous system is regulated for bigger money:

  • ✨ You don’t panic when large payments come in
  • ✨ You don’t immediately think about how you’ll lose it
  • ✨ You don’t create money leaks to bring yourself back down
  • ✨ You can hold the frequency of wealth without self-sabotaging
  • ✨ Opportunities feel exciting, not terrifying
  • ✨ Success feels safe, not dangerous

That’s when quantum leaps become permanent.

Not because you “manifested” harder.

Because your nervous system finally feels safe holding more.

But it takes 8 weeks of intentional regulation.

The Quantum Click

This isn’t a mindset thing.

This isn’t down to strategy.

This is nervous system regulation for wealth.

So when you have the quantum click, when your identity shifts instantly, and your body can hold it.

Your system won’t pull you back down.

Your subconscious won’t sabotage you.

You’ll quantum leap. And stay there.

Your Subconscious Is Hitting The Brakes On Your Cash

You want consistent $50K-$100K months. Your subconscious wants you to survive.

And survival wins every single time.

Let me explain why you keep sabotaging yourself right when things are about to take off, and how to finally stop it.

The Subconscious Runs The Show

Here’s what most people don’t understand:

Your conscious mind says: “I want to make more money. I want consistent cash months. I’m ready to scale.”

But your subconscious mind? It’s running 95% of your decisions, behaviors, and outcomes.

And if your subconscious is programmed for scarcity, survival, and “this is as good as it gets”, guess what happens when you start to exceed that programming?

You hit the brakes. Hard.

The Layer of Sabotage You Don’t See

You have a $60K, $80K or $100K month. The best month of your life.

Then suddenly:

  • Something happens with your team
  • You get “sick” and can’t show up
  • An unexpected bill comes up
  • What you did before is not working anymore
  • You find yourself looking for other potential strategies
  • You’re in a cycle of trying to recreate it and end up in hustle

This isn’t laziness. This isn’t burnout. This is your subconscious hitting the brakes because you’ve exceeded your internal set point.

Your subconscious mind is literally saying: “DANGER. This is too much. We need to go back to what’s safe.”

And what’s safe? Whatever you were making before the breakthrough.

Why Your Subconscious Sabotages You

Your subconscious was programmed in childhood. Before you were 7 years old.

It absorbed everything:

  • How your parents talked about money
  • Whether money felt safe or stressful
  • What you had to do to be loved and approved of
  • What happened when someone in your family “got too big”

Those programs are STILL running your life right now.

So if your subconscious learned:

  • “Money is hard to come by”
  • “Rich people are greedy”
  • “Don’t get too big for your britches”
  • “More money = more problems”
  • “I’m not worthy of that much”

Then every time you start making MORE money, your subconscious will sabotage you back to what feels familiar.

Not because you’re broken. Because it’s trying to keep you safe.

The Conscious vs. Subconscious Battle

Conscious mind: “I’m going to have a $100K month!”

Subconscious mind: “That’s not safe. Remember what happened to Aunt Carol when she got money? She lost all her friends. Let’s stay small.”

Guess who wins?

The subconscious. Every time.

Until you reprogram it.

The Set Point You Can’t See

Your subconscious has a money set point. An identity set point. A success set point.

And it will regulate you back to that set point no matter what your conscious mind wants.

Think of it like a thermostat:

If your thermostat is set to 68 degrees, and the room gets to 75, what happens? The AC kicks in to bring it back down to 68.

Your subconscious works the same way.

If your internal set point is $15K/month and you hit $60K, your subconscious will create sabotage to bring you back to $15K.

Not because you’re not capable. Because your programming says “15K is safe. 60K is dangerous.”

The Truth About Consistent Cash Months

You don’t have a consistency problem.

You have a subconscious programming problem.

Your conscious mind wants more. Your subconscious is hitting the brakes.

And until you reprogram the subconscious to match what your conscious mind wants, you’ll keep sabotaging yourself back to “safe.”

The $50K, $100K, $200K months? Your conscious mind can create them.

But your subconscious has to LET you hold them.

That’s the missing piece.

The Reprogramming Starts Now

This is where you learn:

  • How to identify the subconscious programs sabotaging your income
  • How to catch it before it tanks your next month
  • The nervous system regulation that makes bigger money feel SAFE
  • Why your subconscious hits the brakes, and how to stop it

This is the work that stops the income dips. This is how you create consistency.

Not through better funnels. Through subconscious reprogramming.

Reflection Exercise

Ask yourself:

  • What did I learn about money before age 7?
  • What does my subconscious believe about success?
  • Where do I hit the brakes every time I’m about to break through?

Your subconscious is running the show. It’s time to reprogram it.

When Success Still Feels Heavy: The Patterns High-Achieving Women Carry

From the outside, your life may look exactly like the one you worked so hard to build.

You have the degree, the business, the clients, the team, the income, or the career people respect. You know how to solve problems quickly. You make decisions under pressure. You are the person others come to when they need an answer, a solution, or someone who can handle the hard thing.

And yet, there can still be a quiet feeling underneath it all: If I slow down, will everything I built start to fall apart?

That feeling shows up in ways that are easy to miss. You may struggle to take time away without checking in on the business. You may hesitate to make an investment, even when you have the money, because part of you is wondering whether it will come back. You may have a capable team, but still find yourself reviewing every detail because it feels safer to be the one carrying it.

This is not about capability. You are clearly capable.

It is about the patterns that shape how you lead, how you receive, and how safe you feel allowing success to become easier.

Strategy Matters. So Does the Woman Implement It.

Every growing business needs a strong strategy. It needs better systems, clear offers, thoughtful marketing, strong leadership, and a team that can support the next level of growth. Those things matter, and they can change the way a business performs.

But strategy works differently depending on the woman implementing it.

Two women can have the same offer, the same opportunity, and access to the same resources. One will make a clear decision, delegate what no longer needs her attention, and create room for the business to expand. The other may overthink the decision, keep herself in every detail, and continue operating as though the entire business depends on her.

The difference is not always a lack of knowledge.

Sometimes it is the pattern underneath the decision.

A woman can know she needs to raise her prices and still hesitate because she has been conditioned to believe that more money must come with more work. She can build a talented team and still struggle to let them lead because control has become the way she keeps herself feeling secure. She can earn more than she ever imagined and still hold tightly to every dollar because a part of her does not yet trust that she can create it again.

These are not things to judge. They are simply patterns worth becoming aware of.

The Pattern Is Usually Quieter Than the Problem

Most high-achieving women do not wake up and say, “I have a pattern around receiving.”

They say things like, “I just need to stay on top of everything.” They say, “I can rest when the next launch is over.” They say, “I know I should delegate, but it is easier if I do it myself.” They say, “I am making good money, but I do not feel ready to spend it yet.”

The surface issue may look like time, team, money, or business growth. But the deeper pattern is often about certainty.

Do you trust that your business can continue to create revenue when you are not working around the clock?

Do you trust that your team can support you without you needing to control every outcome?

Do you trust that the money you have created is not a one-time accident, but evidence of your ability to create wealth again and again?

Those questions matter because your relationship with money and success will shape the decisions you make long before a spreadsheet or strategy session ever does.

Full Bars Means Leading From Power, Not Pressure

I call this having Full Bars.

Think about how frustrating it is to use weak Wi-Fi. Pages take longer to load. Calls drop. Messages do not send when they should. Technically, you are connected, but the connection is not strong enough to support what you are trying to do.

Many women are leading their businesses that way.

They are still producing. They are still achieving. They are still making things happen. But they are doing it from pressure, fear, or the belief that they must keep proving themselves in order to stay successful.

Full Bars is different.

It is the place where you are connected to your standards, your self-worth, and your ability to make clear decisions. It is knowing what you want and no longer making yourself available for outcomes that do not align with it. It is creating a business with strong systems while also becoming the woman who can receive the support, wealth, and freedom those systems are designed to create.

This does not mean abandoning practical planning. It means you stop creating every decision around the fear of what could go wrong.

You can have a plan without making fear your Plan B.

The Goal Is Not Just More Revenue. It Is More Freedom.

The women I work with are not looking for another reason to work harder. They already know how to work.

They want to make more while feeling more supported. They want to lead with clarity without carrying every responsibility alone. They want to invest in themselves without questioning whether they are allowed to enjoy what they have created. They want their business to continue growing without believing they have to sacrifice their peace to make that happen.

That is what happens when strategy, systems, and personal power begin growing together.

Your business does not need a smaller version of you who is constantly overextending herself to keep things moving. It needs a woman who can recognize the patterns influencing her decisions, choose a more expansive way of leading, and trust herself enough to create success from certainty rather than pressure.

So, ask yourself this:

Are you building your next level from the belief that you have to keep carrying everything?

Or are you becoming the woman who knows she can create wealth, lead powerfully, and allow more support into her life at the same time?

The answer may reveal more than your next strategy ever could.

If this conversation resonated with you, I dive deeper into these ideas in the latest episode of the Unapologetically Rich Show. I share what it means to become a woman fully in her power, how the patterns we lead from shape our results, and why certainty changes the way we create wealth.

And if you are ready to identify the patterns influencing the way you lead, receive, and create success, join me for my exclusive VIP Dinner on August 14th. This intimate evening is for high-achieving women who are ready to expand beyond the upper limits that no longer reflect where they are going.

The Power of Being In The Right Room

You will never quantum leap alone.

Let me say that again: You will never quantum leap alone.

The biggest shifts in your life, your business, your wealth, they don’t happen in isolation.

They happen in rooms. With other women. Who are already where you’re going.

The Power of The Right Room

There’s a reason billionaires pay $100K+ to be in masterminds.

It’s not the content. It’s not the strategy.

It’s the room.

Because when you’re in a room with women who are doing what you want to do, who are thinking bigger than you’re thinking, who are operating at a level you’re reaching for, you expand to match it.

Your nervous system regulates UP to their frequency.

Your vision expands to their possibilities.

Your identity shifts to their standard.

You become who you’re surrounded by.

What Actually Happens In These Rooms

I’ve been in rooms that changed my life.

Rooms where I walked in thinking one way and left thinking completely differently.

Not because someone taught me something. Because I was surrounded by women who normalized my next level.

The $100K month I thought was impossible? Someone at the table just had three in a row.

The premium pricing I was scared to charge? Someone at the table was charging triple that.

The visibility I’d been hiding from? Someone at the table just signed a book deal.

Their ceiling became my floor. And my next level became inevitable.

Why Connection Expands You

Real expansion doesn’t happen in a ballroom with 500 people.

It happens across a table. With vulnerability. With truth.

It happens when masks come off, and women get real about:

  • What’s actually working in their business
  • What they’re struggling with behind the scenes
  • How they broke through their last ceiling
  • What investment they made that changed everything
  • The mentor who shifted their trajectory
  • The team member they finally let go
  • The pricing conversation that felt terrifying but worked

This is the gold. The stuff you can’t Google. The wisdom that only comes from women who’ve done it.

The Frequency Shift

When you’re constantly surrounded by people who think small, you think small.

When you’re constantly surrounded by people who play it safe, you play it safe.

But when you put yourself in a room with women who are thinking bigger, building bigger, becoming more?

Your nervous system recalibrates.

What felt impossible yesterday feels normal today.

What felt scary last week feels exciting now.

Because you just spent hours marinating in the frequency of women who’ve already done it.

What You Actually Leave With

You don’t just leave with business cards and LinkedIn connections.

You leave with:

✨ A recalibrated nervous system (you just normalized your next level) ✨ New possibilities you couldn’t see before (your vision expanded) ✨ Strategic insights from women ahead of you (you just skipped years of trial and error) ✨ Real relationships with high-level women (not superficial networking) ✨ Permission to want more (and proof it’s possible) ✨ The frequency of wealth (you just spent hours with women who embody it)

And most importantly: You leave knowing you’re not alone in this. That it’s okay to want more and that there are women just like you who want the same for themselves.

The Truth About Isolation

Building alone is hard.

You second-guess yourself. You play small. You don’t know if what you’re experiencing is normal.

You don’t have anyone to celebrate your wins with who actually gets it.

When you tell your regular friends you just had a $50K month, they don’t know how to respond.

When you tell a woman in the room who just had a $200K month? She celebrates you AND shows you what’s next.

That’s the difference.

Why Being In Rooms Matters

{{contact.first_name}}, I can teach you all the strategy in the world.

But if your nervous system isn’t regulated for the next level, you’ll self-sabotage back down.

If your identity hasn’t shifted, you’ll hit the same ceiling.

If you’re not in rooms with women who are already there, you’ll keep playing small.

The expansion doesn’t just happen from content. It happens from connection.

From sitting across the table from a woman who’s already done what you’re trying to do.

From hearing her story and realizing: “If she can, I can.”

From feeling the frequency of women who’ve normalized millions, normalized success, normalized wealth.

That’s when everything shifts.

The Rooms You Choose

You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.

So ask yourself:

Are the women around you expanding you or shrinking you?

Are they celebrating your wins or secretly hoping you stay at their level?

Are they building empires or just talking about building them?

Are they operating from abundance or scarcity?

The room you’re in determines the woman you become.

And if you’re the smartest, most successful, most ambitious woman in your current room?

You’re in the wrong room.

Your Homework:

Ask yourself: When was the last time I was in a room that expanded me? Am I surrounding myself with women who are already where I’m going? Or am I staying comfortable with women who keep me small? What would shift if I made being in the RIGHT rooms a priority?

The room you’re in determines the woman you become.

Much love,

Shamina ✨

You’re Not Stuck. Let Me Explain.

There’s a difference between stuck and capped. And it changes everything.

Stuck means you don’t know what to do.

Capped means you know exactly what to do, but something invisible keeps pulling you back to the same income, year after year.

If you’re a high-achieving woman whose income has plateaued, you’re not stuck. You’re capped.

But good news! There’s a 56-day path out.

The Invisible Limit

You’ve hit a number. Maybe it’s $15K months. Maybe it’s $50K. Maybe it’s six figures a year.

And no matter what you do, you can’t seem to break past it.

You launch. You hustle. You hire the coach. You build the funnel.

And you still land back at the same number.

That’s not a strategy problem. That’s an upper limit.

An invisible ceiling that’s been quietly running your business this whole time.

The Four Ceilings

Here’s what most women don’t know: there isn’t just one ceiling. There are four.

And the one you’re hitting determines everything.

The Effort Ceiling: You believe you have to work harder to earn more. So you max out your capacity and hit a wall.

The Almost Ceiling: You get RIGHT to the edge of your next level, and something always happens to pull you back. A client falls off. A deal collapses. Every single time.

The Capacity Ceiling: You’re already at full capacity. You literally can’t take on more without breaking. So you stay capped.

The Identity Ceiling: Deep down, you don’t believe you’re the woman who makes that kind of money. So you self-sabotage back to what feels safe.

Most women have no idea which one is capping them. And you can’t break a ceiling you can’t see.

Why 56 Days?

Researchers at University College London discovered it takes 56 days, 8 weeks, for a new pattern to become automatic.

To stop requiring willpower. To become who you actually are.

I didn’t build my methodology around that study. I built it around what I kept watching happen with my clients.

Around the 8-week mark, almost without fail, the ceiling started moving.

Women who’d been capped at the same income for years started having their highest cash months ever.

Then I found the science. It confirmed everything I’d already seen.

56 days isn’t a marketing number. It’s a nervous system number.

What Happens At Day 56

There’s a moment when the ceiling moves. I call it the Quantum Click.

It hits around week 8, day 56.

Your decisions get clean. Your voice gets steady. You stop negotiating with yourself.

The pricing you were scared to charge? You charge it without flinching.

The opportunity that used to feel scary? It feels exciting.

The income level that felt impossible? It becomes your new normal.

Your Maximum Becomes Your Minimum

This is what happens when the ceiling moves: Your maximums become your minimums.

The number that used to be your best month ever becomes your baseline.

Not because you worked harder. Not because you found a better strategy.

Because your set point moved. And the income always follows the set point.

The Truth About Your Plateau

You are not broken.

You are not behind.

You are not missing a strategy.

You’re capped. And the ceiling isn’t in your business—it’s in you.

The good news? Ceilings can move. Set points can shift. Patterns can be rewired.

In 56 days.

Your Homework:

Ask yourself: Which ceiling am I hitting? Effort, Almost, Capacity, or Identity? Where do I keep landing back at the same number no matter what I do? What would change if I knew my maximum could become my minimum?

You’re not stuck. You’re capped. And capped is fixable.

Much love, Shamina

Your Business Doesn’t Have to Own You

You wanted freedom. So you built a business.

But somewhere along the way, the business started owning YOU.

You’re making money. Maybe good money. But you’re exhausted, tapped out, and your business requires all of you to keep running.

That’s not freedom. That’s a high-paying job you can never quit.

Let me show you how to fix it.

The Problem Isn’t Effort. It’s Structure.

Most women think the answer is to work harder. Push more. Hustle longer.

No.

The problem is your business model. You’re leaving money on the table and your time on the floor.

You’re doing one-on-one. You can’t scale one-on-one.

You’re doing done-for-you. You can’t scale done-for-you.

So you’re capped. Not because you’re not good enough, but because you have nothing scalable.

The Five Things Most Coaches Skip

Here’s what I bring women through. Not one piece. All five:

1. Raise your pricing. You’re undercharging. I’ll prove it. When you charge more, you need fewer clients to make more money.

2. Attract premium clients. The clients you attract determine your results, your stress, and how your whole business runs.

3. Build scalable offers. Create the money you want with LESS effort. Low ticket, mid ticket, high ticket, an ascension that works while you rest.

4. Emotional mastery and identity work. Because you can’t execute higher pricing or attract premium clients from your old identity.

5. Actually enjoy the wealth. So many women make the money and never spend it on themselves. They stay in scarcity even with cash in the bank.

Most coaches teach ONE of these. That’s a disservice. You need all five to hold the success.

The Client Who Got Her Time Back

Let me tell you about Alexis.

Already successful. Making over a million a year. But still in hardcore hustle mode, her business required all of her.

She had a $25K done-for-you offer. It sold great. But it ate all her time.

So we took the genius inside that offer and built a scalable $3,000 version. Same brilliance. Different delivery. No longer requiring her to be present 24/7.

She sold 35 people into it. Collected $75K cash up front.

Then we offered it as a bonus to her existing clients, and a bunch paid in full, bringing in another $125K cash.

She’s at $225K from this. And she got her TIME BACK.

She has baby number two coming in October. Now she can make six figures a month on one offer without sacrificing herself.

That’s what happens when you stop chasing cash and start building offers that scale.

Why The Identity Work Matters

Here’s the thing about Alexis: she’d conditioned herself to believe hustling was the ONLY way.

“If I work hard, then I’ll get it done.”

I had to shift her identity. Because if you still believe the only way to get something done is the hard way, you’ll keep doing it the hard way.

This is why I can’t just hand you a strategy.

You can have the best offer in the world. But if your identity says “I have to hustle for this,” you’ll sabotage the ease every time.

Undercharging Is Costing You More Than Money

When you undercharge, you create resentment. And resentment creates money leaks.

When you undercharge, you attract difficult clients. Because people buying on PRICE aren’t buying on solution, they’re driven by money, not results.

Premium clients don’t flinch at the price. When I tell my one-on-one clients it’s $150K, they don’t say “that’s too expensive.”

They wire the money. Because they know it’s a solution, not a cost.

The women still saying “wow, that’s a lot, I have to work up to that”? That’s exactly what’s keeping them stuck.

You’re Exhausted For A Reason

If you’re working too much, giving too much away, undercharging, with no boundaries and no time, it’s not a strategy problem. It’s an identity problem.

You’re in your masculine, hustling nonstop, afraid to stop because rest feels lazy. You’re not learning how to receive. You’re in “I have to make it happen” mode.

And that’s living in fight or flight.

The way out isn’t more hustle. It’s shifting the identity, restructuring the offers, and finally letting the wealth come to you.

Imagine Where You Could Be

Seven years ago I was broke, using a timeshare to scrape together Disney trips for my kids.

Seven years. That’s not a long time.

Today my kids have lived an extraordinary life because I built a system that works.

Imagine yourself five, seven years from now, living everything you currently only write about in your journal.

You have the tools in front of you. The only question is whether you’ll use them.

Your Homework:

Ask yourself: Which of the five am I missing? Is my business model the reason I’m capped? Where am I leaving money on the table by having nothing scalable? And what would change if I built ONE offer that didn’t require all of me?

Your business is supposed to serve your life. Not consume it.

Much love,

Shamina ✨
