The Real Work: Becoming the Woman Who Can Hold the Wealth

The process of becoming is always superior to being.

Let me tell you what that means, and why it’s the secret to everything you want.

Most women think success is about hitting a number. Making the million. Selling the company. Getting the yacht.

But here’s what nobody tells you: When you hit that number without becoming the person who can hold it, it wears off fast.

And you’re left feeling empty, lost, without purpose.

The Woman You’re Becoming

When you’re always becoming, you’re always growing.

You’re not satisfied, and that’s not a problem. That’s the fuel.

The woman who’s comfortable stops growing. She stops reaching. She stops building.

The woman who’s always becoming? She’s unstoppable.

Because she’s not chasing the thing. She’s chasing the version of herself that can create the thing.

And then the next thing. And the next.

What Becoming Actually Requires

You can’t lie to yourself about what you want.

You have to get brutally honest:

What do I actually want? Where am I spending my time? Is there true alignment?

Because if you say you want a $100 million net worth, but you’re spending 3 hours a day doom scrolling on TikTok, you don’t actually want it.

Your actions reveal your real priorities. This is where you learn how to balance the masculine and the feminine energies.

The Skills You Don’t Have Yet

Here’s the question most women won’t ask themselves:

What don’t I know? Because you don’t know what you don’t know, until you do.

We protect and pretend we know things we don’t actually know. This is why I say I go to bed a student and wake up a teacher.

But the woman who’s becoming? She’s obsessed with what she doesn’t know.

She reads books. She asks questions. She never flexes that she knows something when it isn’t fully integrated and embodied in who she is becoming.

She’s a sponge for what’s working. She’s learning from everyone around her. She puts herself in rooms with leaders and experts who upgrade and expand her.

And she’s not embarrassed that she doesn’t know. She’s excited to figure it out.

The People Who Support Your Becoming

You can’t become the next version of yourself while surrounded by people who want you to stay the same.

The purpose of a friend is someone who supports you in getting closer to your goals.

Someone who’s buying from you. Sending you customers. Asking about your business. Celebrating your wins.

If they’re not contributing to your goals? They’re taking from your becoming.

The Real Work

The best work you can ever do is working on yourself.

Getting clear on exactly who you want to be.

Not what you want to have. Who you want to BECOME.

Because when you become that woman, the having follows naturally.

The yacht. The business. The impact. The wealth.

It all comes from who you’re becoming.

Your Homework:

Ask yourself: Who do I need to BECOME to have what I want? What skills am I missing? Where am I spending time that doesn’t align with who I’m becoming? What am I pretending to know that I actually don’t?

The process of becoming never stops. And that’s the point.

Much love, Shamina ✨
